The service
Praxis Notebooks ("the extension") is provided by Paracode ("we"). It adds organisation features to Google's NotebookLM. It is an independent product: it is not made by, endorsed by or affiliated with Google. NotebookLM and Gemini are trademarks of Google LLC.
Plans
The extension is free to use with a limited number of folders and tags. New users get a 14-day trial of the full feature set. Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limits for good: no subscription and no renewal. The current price is shown inside the extension and on this site; we may change it for new purchases at any time. Pro is tied to the Google account you sign in with and covers that person on any number of their own computers.
Payment and refunds
Pro is sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which charges you, issues the invoice and handles VAT or sales tax where it applies. Your card details go to Paddle only.
14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason, by replying to your Paddle receipt or emailing hello@paracode.ai. Paddle returns the money to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
After 14 days, refunds are given when the extension has stopped working with NotebookLM and we have not restored it within 30 days of your report, or when we discontinue the product (see section 7).
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure; you are responsible for activity under it. One purchase covers one person on any number of their own computers.
Your data
Your folders, tags and assignments are yours. We only process them to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You can export everything at any time from inside the extension.
Acceptable use
Do not try to circumvent the free-plan limits or purchase checks, resell the extension, or use it in a way that breaks Google's terms for NotebookLM.
Availability and changes
The extension depends on the NotebookLM web interface, which Google can change at any time. We work to keep up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue the product, we will give at least 30 days' notice inside the extension and refund, on request, any Pro purchase made in the 90 days before that notice. Your folders and tags stay on your computer and can be exported at any time.
Warranty and liability
The extension is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
