Questions

Is it really a one-time payment?

Yes. No subscription, no renewal. Pay once and Pro stays on the Google account you sign in with, on every computer.

What if I bought before signing in?

Sign in inside the extension with the same email you used at checkout. Pro attaches itself automatically.

What if Google changes NotebookLM?

The extension lives on Google's page, so a redesign can break it for a while. We fix it as fast as we can. If we ever stop maintaining it, purchases from the previous 90 days are refunded on request.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason: reply to your Paddle receipt or email hello@paracode.ai.

Does it read my notebooks?

No. It only sees the list of notebook titles on the page, to show your folders and tags next to them. See the privacy policy.
